Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic products that are safe for kids and pets in your home. Our products have no harsh fumes or strong fragrances and leave behind no sticky residues. Your floors and windows will be left squeaky clean!

Cleaning times vary by service but typically range from one to three hours. If time is a factor, we can always break up the cleaning projects in smaller blocks that are more suitable for your availability.

What to expect when I book an appointment?

When someone reaches out for a quote by phone or online, we will set a date and time for the cleaning services you are requesting. We will reach back out to you by phone or text the day before your appointment to confirm the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can reach out to us any time before the appointment date or notify us during our confirmation call/text. When we arrive, we will do a detailed walk through with you and go over the cleaning project and set the expectations of our cleaning services.

Are stains guaranteed to be removed completely?

No professional cleaner can 100% guarantee stain removal. If they do, then they must be a magician or cut out a square and replaced it from a section under the bed when you weren't looking. Most stains do come out completely when the proper products and techniques are used for the type of stain that is being worked on. Ink, food, oils, wine, and pet stains all require a different approach to remove. The condition of the floor, dwell time of stain, and type of floor you have is another variable that will need to be considered on whether the stain can be removed completely or partially. We have the knowledge and experience in removing all types of stains and will set the expectations with you during our walk through before the cleaning process.

How often should I clean my carpets?

It is recommended that you clean your carpets every 2 or 3 times per year depending on foot traffic and your cleaning habits. Regular vacuuming is the most important thing a homeowner can do to prolong the life of their carpet and reduce the need for more frequent professional cleanings. Vacuuming removes 70% or more of dry soil, debris, and allergens from carpeting. The more people in your home the more frequent you will need to vacuum. We always vacuum with our powerful industrial vacuums before we start working on your floors, to remove as much loose soil and debris from your floor as possible. Cleaners that don't, are just cutting corners. That's not how we do things!
